Finding wellness is an individual process that has different meaning and expectation for each person. Our health is individual but also collective as we share common health and lifestyle issues based on our global environment and cultures.
Finding wellness is not about patching up symptoms for a client, it’s about helping to find what has kept the person hostage from being their unique healthy thriving selves.
When together, we find the places a person is unable to move; physiologically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and any combination of these and their layering, then a number of opportunities are created:
Finding wellness leaves all options and possibilities open…. the path is not predetermined by health trends and fads or judgements created by the conscious mind.
Instead the canvas is clear for each individual to evolve and discern their path to wellness with the help of their practitioners.
We give space to the concept that what helps an individual to heal and become well may not be what our “mind” thought it would entail.
Finding wellness creates an opportunity to get to the root of an illness and to change the current path to a place of great well being and understanding, as well as, joy and recognition of oneself.
The client has the opportunity to do the healing work, not to be “healed”!
